Cancellations

Course registration implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the workshop will receive a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the workshop will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to info@perthcardiacpocus.com.au
  • Perth Cardiac PoCUS reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient numbers. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and registration fees will be refunded in full. Perth Cardiac PoCUS will not be responsible for any associated travel and/or accommodation reimbursements.
  • Perth Cardiac PoCUS follows COVID guidelines as directed by the Department of Health and, if circumstances do change, we reserve the right to cancel any or all bookings. A full refund will be given if cancellation occurs due to these COVID guidelines.

Non Attendance

Failure to attend on the course dates without prior notice will be classified as a late Cancellation and the entire course fee will be forfeited.

Cookies

If you register for a course on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
